If you are a fellow caffeine junky this is for you! The pre-workout builds as you get your heart rate up and body moving, it has a long lasting effect as opposed to the strong burst and crash.Pro tip: use a spoon to stir rather than using a shaker or blender to avoid foaming when mixed

I’ve tried several preworkouts in my years of training (from oxyshred to even banned ones like psychotic) but this one is one of the worst preworkouts I’ve ever had. Not only is the taste terrible but the after affects are the worst for me. I’ve experienced nausea, headaches and fatigue afterwards. My heart rate was uncontrollably elevated at first and was constantly panicking during my workout. This reminded me of several banned preworkouts I’ve had in the past and I do not recommend this preworkout at all.

Let me start this off by saying that I am usually not affected at all by caffeine. Energy drinks don't help give me energy, nyquill wakes me up, no doze also wakes me up and coffee does nothing for me. I can actually drink an energy drink then take a nap. Now with all this being said, I have to say that this pre workout is NOT for me. I normally use Ghost pre workout and really it doesn't do much for me so I like to try out others to see if I can find something different. I used this pre workout twice and said that's enough. I did like the flavor but it was a bit sweet. But it did not make me feel good. I felt weak during my workout, I was tired and also felt a bit nauseous. After my workout I also felt shakey and continued to not feel good for a few hours. I just did not like feeling like this. I gave the rest to another Trainer who loves pre workouts with high caffeine in it. She absolutely loved this pre workout hence why I'm giving it 4 stars. I could see from her Heart rate monitor it really got her heart rate up, mine it actually lowered it and made it harder for me to burn calories. She told me it made her feel great! She had more energy for her workouts and made her burn more. This was definitely a pre workout for her and not me. So overall this preworkout can be great for certain people. Please Read the ingredients and make sure this one is for you. It's not for beginners. Maybe start with a half scoop and see how your body reacts. Also to me this prework out seems a bit pricey, but it can be worth it for you if it works.

Gets me locked tf in for my workouts. I’m not very caffeine sensitive so I don’t feel more “awake” but I can definitely feel an increase in performance. The new formula is super smooth now too.

Great formula with effective dose of key ingredients. Gives additional energy and focus during workouts without speedy jitters. Mixes well; watermelon flavor good.

I've tried a lot of pre workouts over the years, and this one is pretty hardcore. Don't use this unless you can handle high amounts of stimulants. Looks expensive, but it's 40 servings and comes out to about $1.60 a serving. I will be buying it again.
