Do what it is supposed too.
Used a cooler with water and ice, also used a fish tank pump, in less than 15 minutes temp was in 68 degrees on a hot summer day

Do this before using!
Once I figured out the trick to make it stop leaking (ALWAYS TEST FOR LEAKS BEFORE USING!), it did a great job of cooling down for the price. Sure beats the ice bath method I've been using for the past year. Anyhow, the trick is to add tape underneath the clamps. The issue is the hose clamps leave tiny gaps between the plastic hose and tubing, since the copper tubing isn't perfectly round and the plastic hose is a bit thin. I used electrical tape, but assume any similar material will work. I also added a second clamp and each connection for additional security. Other clamps may work better too, but this seems to work for me.

Great for the price
I'm new to brewing and after using an ice bath to cool my first 5 gallon batch I decided that there must be a better way. This chiller had the right price so I decided to give it a try and used it for my second batch.Pros: Price and it works, cooled the wort in under 15 minutes. Easy to use, I connected to a sink faucet - I already had an adapter.Cons: It leaked as delivered but I tested it first and tightened the clamps which fixed the issue.

Worth it!
Works great! Check your hose clamp connectors for the inlet and outlet, mine had a minor leak I didn't notice for a few minutes. Due to the packaging which is good, it causes the I/o hoses to get a kink. I needed to cut a few inches off to eliminate them. Still overall very happy

Cool Product
Works awesome, works well for me. I use it for about 2.5 gallons (when using extracts for 5 gal brews) and 1.5 gallon brews. 1.5 gallon takes about 25 min to get to 80 degrees, and takes about 30-35 min for the larger 2.5 ish brews. If you want to hook it up to your sink, you will need an adapter, I got one from a brew shop online.Wish I had gotten one of these once I knew I was likely going to keep brewing. (also recommend one of the douche like sanitizer bottle sprayers, as well as a bottle tree, totally worth it!)

Decent Tool
I used this for the first time to chill two gallons of wort. It did the job pretty good. I'm sure it will do the job even better at one-gallon, but two-gallons it's at it's max capability. I'm glad I have it, but maybe next time I'll buy one for a larger volume of fluid.

Most likely copper coated steel. 20 minutes to cool 6 gallons. No leaks when used at medium flow
No leaks as suggested by others but I did not turn the hose up all the way. There is no need to run this thing full blast, of course it will try to leak pumping water at 90psi from 1/2 down to a tiny 3/8 tube using worm clamps. Just run it at a good low flow and your good. About 20 minutes to cool 6 gallons. I'm pretty sure it's not real copper and it could cool faster if it was.

Not the most effective wort cooler.
Pros: size, price and material. Cons: I expected a higher cooling efficiency considering from this cooler as it is made of copper tubing. The cooler coils are tightly wound with little or no spacing. The cooler efficiency could enhanced if the coil spacing was increased so it would provide more surface cooling area and allow for the wort to flow through/between the coil windings. I have another cooler that has spacing between the coils and is of similar size that is made of stainless steel which is a lot more effective at heat transfer and wort cooling. Gently stretching coil to allow of spacing seemed to improve cooling efficiency.

Funciona!
Lo recomiendo, si funciona justo cómo yo esperaba y viene listo totalmente para su uso! Así como está en la foto, es como llega el producto, con sus mangueras y abrazaderas, y manguera lista para conexión a grifo de agua

(Mini) wort chiller
This unit is tiny, takes a very long time to chill wort due to short length of copper piping (even with the water going through at a trickle its still coming out cool as opposed to warm or hot - thermo break not happening). Seems to be well built but since they skimp on product it is not worth the cost - poorly designed - like a 50 gallon fuel tank on a freight train - you'll save space but not much is getting done. You will pay the same amount for twice the size at your local brew store.

Great upgrade!
This is the biggest improvement I've made in my homebrewing adventures It's great how fast you can chill wort with this. 5 gallons in 15 minutes. Had to tighten the hose clamps a bit during a test run, but other than that, it's worked great for 4 batches. No complaints here! And yes, I'd definitely recommend!

Decent price.
Appears to be good quality for a good price. I knocked off one star cause it's listed as 3/8 inch vinyl tubing, but it's really 1/2 inch. I'll be keeping it, but I ordered wrong quick connects due to this error.

Chill it ferment it!
I was able to chill my wort from boil to 70 degrees F in 11 minutes! Water is cold in Edmonton Alberta Canada!
