It is both flavorful and rich in color and flavor and as designed adds desired sweetness to any hot tea, and can be used in place of granulate sugars in many instances. Some people like to add honey to pancakes and home-made granola, (personally I prefer the milder flavor of a solid MapleSyrup for this), but many have stated that Honey can be used to accent almost any hot beverage or hot cereal as desired. I often buy honey from the store and it just tastes like sugar, I'm not even sure if it's real honey. With 365 Whole Foods Organic Honey, I noticed an immediate difference in the flavor. It actually tastes like how I remember honey tasting years ago, or when I used to buy honey from Germany. Very good and the price is better or equal to the lower-quality honey found in grocery stores.
