I originally started taking this vitamin D supplement because my daughter-in-law recommended it. She said it helped her knee pain. I had my vitamin D level checked at my annual physical and it was on the low end so I ordered this brand. For the first month I took 2 of the 2000 IU capsules before changing to one daily. I wasn’t comfortable taking a higher dosage since vitamin D isn’t water soluble. Much to my surprise, after about 2 weeks, my daily hair loss totally stopped—no more hair in the shower drain or in the sink after drying my hair. I couldn’t believe it—I had been losing hair for at least 8 years and some days it was an alarming amount. After taking this supplement for about 3 months, I had my D level checked and it went up by 15 ng/mL—doctor said it was at an excellent level now. It’s been about 8 months now and any hair loss is negligible. I’m very impressed!

a great vitamin D supplement. They taste great and are easy to take.. BUT taking that high of a dose daily caused hypercalcemia. I had to stop taking for a couple weeks to get my levels to normal out. I had severe joint pain in my hands and could not bend my fingers. A few days off the vitamin d and the pain and stiffness went away. When I start it back up I will take only once every other week to start.

I like the small size and easy to swallow. Also liked the vit k content. Like that it comes in several vit D3 IU choices. Kind of like bottles better than ziplock packaging for space saving but just my preference. I researched several brands and this seems very good quality with a year and a half expiration date. Comes in 300 quantity so great price too. I will buy again.

I really like these. I purchased 2 packages. The one with the cocunut oil is amazing. Came in a high dose. They are small and prefect for someone that has trouble swallowing pills. Goes down smooth. My daughter and I both have been taking them for a few months due to low vitamin D levels. Let see if it’s helped when we go to our next check up.

Just got these in the mail. These ones are for the kids.. My daughter accidentally chewed it and said hmm they are tasty mom.... so that made me feel better having to give them to her. They do get white milky when not in the fridge. But I am very pleased with the product they are small and easy to swallow I love that they use coconut oil as carrier. Vit D is essential to health and I am happy to be giving these to my children. Will reorder

Amazing product. The energy and focus that you are getting from these is truly amazing. Packaging says to take once a week. I take them twice a week though as I feel after about 3 to 4 days I need to recharge my energy and focus levels. Also I am looking to have more than 15000 IU per day which I have taking these every 3 to 4 days. Try them, you will be amazed.
