Don't waste your money!
You definitely get what you pay for. This metal detector is ineffective and inaccurate at best. I did a test run in a dirt patch. I passed the detector over the dirt to make sure i wouldn't get a reading. Then i placed a nail in the dirt to test the accuracy. I passed over at an easy pace and the detector doesn't beep until you are well passed the item. It is very difficult to pinpoint the actual location of the item you are looking for.

Not very accurate
Not very accurate. I was merely looking for a power line to a shed from my house and wanted to avoid it while digging. This metal detector wasn't very helpful. Now to try and sell it for $5 in a yard sale.
