Must Use!
I often catch sinus infections due to inhaling irritants such as cigarette and pot smoke, sprays etc. So one day after going shopping on a particularly windy day, waking up to a pounding headache in my sinuses knew exactly what was happening. The sinus headache was blinding enough to not be affected by my normal sinus medicine. So I bought this product and within two days of taking it the pounding headache was gone. Sudafed always clears this situation up quickly and effectively. So glad I found it and will gladly buy it again.

Works really well!
Really love this stuff it truly helped me through a stuff cold! Used with a really stuffy nose and really think it kept me from getting a sinus infection. It gave great relief during the day so I could still work and could talk over the phone well. Short term relief but still relief and the cold was a little rough so I think it held up really well.

If I take one of these as soon as I realize my sinuses are stopping up from allergies, the Sudafed PE nips the headache in the bud…. I keep one in my pocket at all times in the spring!

It Works
I've tried many different products to relieve my, mostly seasonal, sinus headaches and the pain they cause. In a number of those products, the active ingredients have included some that I don't need and that I find cause some difficult side effects. This specific Sudafed product (blue banner Head Congestion + Pain) has the one formula that works for me without any negative effects. Generally, within one or two doses, the sinus pressure and pain are gone. It works for me.

Original before formula change
They recently changed the form which doesn't work as well. Thankfully I was able to get the original formula for my mom.
