Use this product for better results if you have Neuropathy in you hands or feet. It does not take away all of your symptoms, but it will reduce the symptoms considerably. NOT a great tasting product, but your not supposed to chew it...just pop them in your mouth and swallow with water quickly. R-ALA is somewhat better than the plain ALA, so the quality is better.

These seem like a very good quality of R-Alpha Lipoic Acid. They take away the weird pain I was getting in my toes from time to time - no idea what it was. I take 2 capsules per day - 1 morning, 1 afternoon - and voila, pain is gone. They have no odor or taste. Very effective. Easy to take (swallow).

Alpha lipoic has so many cool benefits, but I take it mainly for heart & liver health, and it's also a mild ache reliever. I like this brand and will definitely be reordering.

The taste was fine, but reordered and am still waiting on delivery! A month is too long to wait!!!

It did not work for me. If anything, it intensified my symptoms of neuropathy. I am allergic to sulfa drugs and learned it has sulfur in it. Don’t know if that has any connection but when my skin felt itchy and crawly after I took it and neuropathy pain doubled, it made me wonder.
