I bought this company's treadmill on 7th September and on 10th it developed a problem, a sound started coming, I called the seller, they tried to solve my problem but could not, then I returned it, after returning it the seller falsely accused me that I had sent it after breaking it and using it, you tell me how can someone use it in 4 days and leave it in such a condition that it cannot be returned without using it and without any problem, how can the seller know about the refund, instead of 50000 I put 30000 rupees for refund, they deducted 20000 rupees and I called Amazon, Amazon helped me because I had all the photos and videos while packing, only then I got my refund under A to J guarantee, for this I had to make an A to J guarantee claim, I got the funds, if you are thinking of buying it then I would suggest you not to buy this company's brand, you can buy other brands, do not buy treadmill of this brand Seller Response Very bad and the return process is absolutely poor.
