This chair is very comfortable and easy for one person to put together. It's very sturdy and extremely comfortable. The high back helps my neck and the lumbar pillow helps as well. I added another lumbar pillow because I just wanted to have more support. The leg support is manual and you pull it out when needed. I'm short so it works well for me. Not sure about taller or longer legs person. I'm also not a small person and this chair is solid for big people or heavy set. It was worth the price to not have spinal pain when getting up from my old chair. So far so good!

Pros: Nice looking well upholstered chair, very comfortable, with a stable base that rolls well and supports my 200 plus pounds. Love the leg rests, very cleverly designed even though they seem pretty flimsy.Cons: Tilt mechanism won't budge, can't turn knob, arrived locked up tight! No damage to packaging but some plastic trim arrived broken. I've purchased office chairs for half this price that had more adjustments like lumbar, arm rests etc.. than this chair which just provides pillows that move when you do.

Nice chair, vibrating lower back cushion a plus. The 'foot rest' is much more like a leg rest, but works fairly well too.Company was responsive when a wheel broke off from running over a cord, sent new wheels right way.

I really loved this chair. It was very comfortable and relatively easy to put together. But tonight out of the blue, the base snapped in half. I have no idea how it happened. I'm not the smallest person, but I am well below the maximum weight listed. Not happy that it hasn't even been a year and I have to buy a new chair.

My brother and I raced down the hill near our house, but he ended up hitting a tree. He was ok, but it was totaled.

It's super great for the price!I am extremely happy with this chair. The bottom back pillow has a motor to vibrate which was unexpected. It's really sturdy and comfortable. I've taken naps in it before. I'm a pretty big guy too, 6'3 around 200 lbs and this chair supports me just fine.

Less than a year and as soon as I sit in the chair it goes all the way down. I’m WAAAAAY below the weight limit. I use the chair to work from home daily. Super sad it can’t even last a year. Also the handle vinyl has been cracked since purchase.

Highly adjustable. Exceptionally well built for the price. Has features of chairs double the price. Armrests surprisingly soft. Simple to assemble

Not as comfortable as it looks. It's a squeeky chair when using it. Very annoying. I must have got a defective one. Also the armrests are very hard and uncomfortable. Suggest to purchase additional padding for them.Update: Within 6 months, the adjustable height broke and it always sits low and is even more uncomfortable. Worst purchase ever. Save your money and get it from somewhere else.

This is the worst chair ever. I had the chair just over 1 month a the wheels fell off. I did manage to fix the loose right arm but nothing can make it comfortable. Biggest regret ever.UPDATEI've had the chair for 1yr and 8 mts, it fell apart, the leg broke, the seat got wobbly and it the most uncomfortable chair ever. Save yourself a lot of money and don't buy this piece of crap.

I wouldn't recommend this chair, I bought it 18 months ago and the wheels are falling into pieces. I am not that big, I'm 5'7" 170 lbs and my GF is 5' 100 lbs so I would have excepted something more sturdy and durable. Very disappointed.
