Could Not Make it working initially, almost return, but retailer helped to make it work, beautifully. Love it!
Not working on all KU band. Tried to search Galaxy 3C K, LNB frequency 11750. This device listed Galaxy 3C K, but LNB frequency can only go 11500. Won't get any signal. Give 1 star. Refund requested, waiting for their reply.Contacted retailer, and the manager really patiently worked with me till the device working. Frequency not an issue as long as you do blind searching. Once it works, it works beautifully, high resolution output, 1080p/1080i, HDMI cable included. Change from 1 star to 5 star. Happy to keep the product, no return!However, given 5 star to retailer and the unit, I still have to say, the retailer needs to feedback to the manufacturer, the user manual needs improved.Will leave seller feedback which will be absolutely 5 star. Seller is super NICE!

This receive worked just fine and arrived in good time
This receive worked just fine and arrived in good time. I have a lot of experience with FTA receivers and I chose this one because it supports RF, RCA and HDMI outputs. I rated it a 4 because I didn't find it's menus as intuitive as some receivers I work with. I haven't spent a lot of time with it as I will be reselling it to customers to replace dead FTA receivers. I'll install it for them and all they have to do is change channels. I don't know how this will work if I had to use it to tune the dish.

Techs blame equipment compatibility over their product.
I have a wineguard dish at 34’ circumference. I was told to buy a receiver for satellite. I bought this one, did everything in the directions as stated, and called tech support, whom was fantastic and responsive. Nothing worked because I apparently need a 36” circumference dish. I’m selling my receiver. Tried to send it back, but they want me to pay for shipping. I’m against that move, so I’ll sell it instead.

Product is good and needed it if has both Co-axial output as well as A/V out along with HDMI, the problem is that neither Co-axial nor A/V audio is working, no issue with HDMI audio.Can someone please let me know what am I doing wrong or should I return it. I purchased 3 receivers.

The seller is there for you and the product works
I am not technical and this was something new to me but I reached out to the seller for help and he was so nice. He went over the extra mile to help me set it up. Turned out my lnb was bad and then once we fixed that he actually walked me through around the how to. I truly appreciate this seller. Very kind, very patient and trustworthy and now my 88 year old Dad has all his persian Channels that keep him busy and not falling to sleep all the time. I wish more sellers were this good.. thanks
