I put 2 scoops in a little water each morning and have noticed consistent lasting energy throughout the day. I was taking the same dose of gummies but did not get the same results. The powder doesn't dissolve very well but there's very little flavor - almost unnoticable, so it's easy to drink.

Who knows if it's working but for the price it seems like a good deal.

I love the product. It's clean and convenient. Although I can't specifically provide information about how this particular product is helping my body, I can say that I use many Micro Ingredients supplements everyday, and as a 67 year old woman who was in poor physical condition, my health markers have significantly improved since regularly consuming Micro Ingredients products. I suspect the CoQ10 supplement will add to my health benefit.

Have been taking another brand and was not happy that it contained so many unnecessary ingredients.Micro Ingredients has only MCT (coconut oil) and the softgel ingredients of gelatin, glycerin, yellow beeswax, and purified water.The smaller 2 pills are also easier to swallow than the other brand's larger 1 dose pills.Definitely going with this one from now on!
