I have found this book absolutely excellent. It contain many writing activities, ideas and inspiration which really get children enthusiastic. I will definitely be purchasing all titles in the series. In fact, all the creative writing books by Guinea Pig Education are excellent and well worth purchasing - whether like me you are a teacher looking for teaching materials or a parent looking for extra homework or exam practice for your child.

This book has really improved my child's writing skills. I have found it excellent and my daughter has enjoyed working through the practice writing activities during the holidays immensely. I would definitely recommend it for children who are taking tests or exams at school.

This may be s good book but it doesn't quite work for us because there is no contents page from which I can quickly find what we're looking for at any given moment. It's not the sort of book I want to read as a novel or just browse through so a reference guide / contents page or index of some sort would've been useful. I therefore had to return it.

Another fantastic book from these authors. This series of books is a definite 'MUST BUY' for anyone with a child taking KS2 Sats. Moreover, my neighbours daughter who is taking GCSE English has also found it helpful. It is again a very clear, understandable teaching book, concentrating on another key area of the National Curriculum, in great detail. As with the other 2 books in the series I could find little fault with this book. Highly recommended!
