This is a great slicer and I especially like the gloves and the food holder.The first problem I have is that all the slicing parts don't fit in the bottom catch all of the unit.The second is the bottom catch all for the food has the smaller end where the slices come out so you need to keep tipping the food to the back/larger side of the box.Let me say too that the gloves were perfect fitting and better than the gloves I bought separately.So far I have just used the slicing blade and it is about a good as my all metal mandoline. I have sliced cucumbers and apples so far. The apples sliced well at first but got stuck toward the end.

So far it looks to be a good product. Only used once and am getting use to the operation. Looks to be study enough. Will up date after a couple of months of use.

Wish it had larger anti slip padding on the bottom. Besides that no issues.

Broke the first time I washed it and broke further when trying to slice potatoes. No where in the item description does it say you can not slice root vegetables, so you would think the item would hold up while slicing these items... NOPE. First, one of the prongs on the veggie holder broke while washing. Ok... Well, I still needed it for tonights dinner so I went ahead and gave it a try. Big mistake, lmao. The width function on the slicer was broken, so I couldn't adjust the width of my slices AND a second prong broke off while I was attempting to slice (before I knew the width knob was broken). All around, it didn't impress me at all. Was broken before it arrived, in more than one way. Waste of time and money.

Love this mandoline. It's a great helper in the kitchen, especially now, before holidays, when we cook a lot. It's very easy to use and clean, blades are very sharp. I did a korean carrot salad for this Thanksgiving table, and I was surprised how easy and fast I had finish it. Love it. Good quality and for this price you get a lot of blades, which are very helpful for day to day use. Very easy to storage it so it wont take a lot of spaceI am very happy with my purchase

I love making salads for meal planning and I find this slicer an amazing addition to my kitchen. It has a variety of blades one can get creative with. It comes with a cute peeler pictured. Its pretty sturdy, you have to lock the blade attachment, and once it is placed on the container it comes with the whole system is pretty sturdy and easy to work with. It's very easy to clean once you're done. So overall, I think I made a great purchase and I encourage others to give it a shot.

Received this mandolin slicer today, opened the package to wash it and it was scruffy, scratches and dirt on one piece, i didn't bother opening the rest, very very disappointed ..

This was so much better than expected! Came in a large box. It is bigger than I thought it would be. It has every attachment you could possibly need and everything works perfectly! Very durable and easy to use. Easy to clean. I love this. I will be purchasing more for gifts. Much better than I expected! 5 Stars!
