This supplement has good ingredients such as the sunflower lecithinSunflower lecithin is organic, non-GMO, non-allergenic, and considered a safer alternative to soy. This supplement is easy to swallow no taste. You get a three month supply at one capsule serving size a day. This is GMP, third-party testing, vegan Friendly , made in United States.Yet There is no expiration date the reason I came across from researching was The manufacture (“MFG”) date at the bottom of your Seeking Health product refers to the date the product was produced in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Because we do not print expiration dates on all of our products, we do provide the manufacture date for quality assurance when an expiration date has not yet been established by product testing. This gives concerns on this supplement that not enough testing has been established.

This is the second time I take this kind of supplement and always have an improved experience while taking it. My energy is more consistent and have better focus and memory. These are high quality and very easy to swallow, with no after taste. Overall a great deal for the quality and quantity in bottle.

Review of RENUE Liposomal Berberine Supplement 150 mg - Bioavailable Formula for Increased Absorption – 90 Capsules @ $49.95 at time of order.In hopes of shedding some excess weight, I opted to try some berberine supplements after doing some research on the Internet.Likes:Country of origin – Manufactured in the USA.Most effective – so far, this seems to be the most effective berberine I’ve used.Size of capsules – smaller than average sized capsules that are not difficult to swallow (one pictured atop a US Dime for reference).Absorption – this product touts ingredients that aid in increased absorption and longer effects.Appetite suppressant – this does appear to be aiding in appetite suppression.Supply – you get a 90-day’s supply at the suggested 1 capsule per day.Stomach effects – the instructions say to take this with or without food. I have tried other berberine that gives me belly burn if taken without food. So far, this product has not done that, but it might be causing some gas. I’m leaving this without listing as a negative until I can rule it out or in completely.Arrival – this arrived on time and well-sealed; this added to my satisfaction with product integrity.Contents – I did not find any capsules leaking or broken.Expiration date – the best by/expiration date was quite acceptable.Neutral:Price – berberine seems to normally be more expensive and maybe because it aids in weight loss, which normally drives the prices of these types of products higher. This product works out to about $17 per bottle after sales taxes, which is not too high, especially for the quality of it.Dislikes:None so far.

This bottle comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with supplements. If used as directed the bottle will last three months, so I'd prefer they use a smaller bottle.The manufacturing date on mine is Nov 2023 and it doesn't have an expiration date.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says non-GMO, GMP-certified, and manufactured in the USA. The product page says it's 3rd-party tested.I also look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many shady ones lately. Their renuebyscience site is not only functional but has extensive information on it from bios of their founder and leaders to their research to their 100% satisfaction guarantee (which is nice since Amazon doesn't accept returns on supplements) to providing a working phone number and an online chat feature. This is a robust company and their transparency eases my distrust of supplement companies and helps me know I can have confidence in their products.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the ingredients, including the non-use of fillers like stearates and dioxides, and I like that it is liposomal. The price seems pretty steep until you remember it's for three months' worth, plus it's a quality product from an established and verifiable company.Thank you for reading, I hope it's been helpful.

i'm not going to get into the benefits of taking berberine, i'll leave that to you to research. if you decide it's right for you, what i will definitively say is that there is no better brand than Renue By Science. tremendous quality control, each supplement has a published lab certification performed by an independent 3rd party lab, they have ALL of the requisite safety checks (non-gmo, eGMP, etc), on and on. they're seriously one of the top supplement brands in the world. on top of all of this, the main draw here is that this supplement is liposomal. this means the delivery system of the capsule is designed to withstand deterioration from stomach acids and deliver superior bioavailability over an extended period of time. again, i invite you to do your own research here, but the science is VERY sound. so if the capsule says you're getting 150mg, rest assured you're actually getting the full 150mg and not whatever is leftover after your digestive tract takes its toll. seriously great.TLDR: this is the best berberine supplement on the market. if you decide it's right for you, i cannot recommend highly enough
