Why did I only receive part of the shipment?

This product ships in two separate boxes and may arrive at different times. Please wait for both before setup.

How long does it take to set up the tent, and how many people are needed?

Setup typically takes 3–5 minutes with two adults and continuous blower operation. First-time use may require additional time. The blower must remain on while the tent is in use to keep it inflated. The tent will deflate if the power is turned off.

Why isn’t my tent inflating properly?

Make sure all valves are securely closed after inflation. Any open valve could cause air to escape. There are a total of 4 valves: one on each side and two at the bottom.

Can I add my custom logo? Is printing included?

The logo customization area is Velcro-ready. However, logo printing or branding materials are not included.

Can this tent be used in bad weather conditions?

It is not recommended for use in severe weather such as heavy wind or rain. For best stability, please secure the tent with ground stakes.

No wind at all or tent will break at the straps

Small gust of wind and all bottom straps broke making tent airborne and leaving steaks in ground with straps attached to steaks and not the tent. Does not work with the smallest breeze!

The media could not be loaded. Exactly as it’s pictured. Definitely feels bigger in real life. Quality is great and the material is durable. Set up is easy, just need multiple people as it is very heavy to move anywhere you need it. Definitely worth the money.

Great as long as it’s not windy!

Really awesome! Great as long as it’s not windy. Overhang can create a sail effect and lift structure off ground even when properly secured/staked and even reinforced with cinder blocks etc.. it was the star of the party though. People thought is was amazing and it provided a really cool atmosphere.
