Only fish oil tablet that doesn't taste like fish. Keep in cool location. Seems to work well.

I'm not a doctor, nutritionist or health professional in any way shape or form, nor do I have the ability or expertise to examine the contents of this product. The only thing I know is that I've been using it for a long time and since I started my good cholesterol has gone up and remained stable ever since I started. My HDL has always been below normal or recommended levels until I started taking this product. No taste or nasty flavor or after taste so that's a plus too. The supplements are in a similar type of dissolving plastic commonly scene in pills, vitamins and supplements so if you're concerned about micro plastics you might want to be aware of that.

Well, it finally happened. I lost my patience with Nordic Naturals. Been ordering the Omega 3 capsules for the past decade or so, the last year as part of a subscribe and save via Amazon. Unfortunately the last couple of orders have had broken capsules, which meant I'm out about $300 as I was only able to save less than half of the content. The return policy is really killing this brand and as many others have complained, the broken capsules seems to be a very common problem that has popped up in the last couple of years. Maybe a manufacturing issue...? Anyway, back to the drawing board finding another brand.UPDATE: 10/26/2023After being contacted by Nordic Naturals Customer Support, I am updating my review. Nordic Naturals Customer Support are great and to be honest, their good work definitely retained me as a customer. They explained that some shipments might become exposed to heat, which can make some of the capsuled break during transit. They offered me a full refund on my order. I really appreciate the time the customer service representative took in explaining the root cause of the issue and that they were willing to work with me to come to a resolution.

Easy replacement

Had bloodwork done and MD recommended these. No fishy taste and provide the omegas I need. Have been using for years. Recommend

I've bought this several times from Amazon and the manufacturer. The last two from Amazon were refunded and I won't buy here again. Product arrived with all pills stuck together in one big blob that I could not break apart. One of the two had a strong rancid fish scent ... Not the normal fish scent. When it's usable, it's a great product, so I recommend getting it direct from the manufacturer or somewhere else. Anywhere but here. I finally got a good bottle from WM.
