Delivery as planned and packaged well when opened some of the plastic holders were snapped I contacted the company who were brilliant and sent us replacements straight away. When we put them up they were sturdy and well made so much so we ordered a small one for our spare bedroom. If you have a small space and don’t have room for a wardrobe these are great, you can adjust the size easily by cutting them. Great product well worth the money.

Very disappointed with this product as it keeps on collapsing. Followed the assembly instructions carefully (they were poorly translated) but the crossbars keep sliding down despite tightening. Installed in a built in wardrobe so access is not particularly easy for a senior. In my opinion a poor design.

After getting my head around one set of poles the rest followed quickly and easily. They are ideal for the weight of clothes (many) that I have used them for and I am impressed. The colour is good as well, cream. Thank you.

You can only extend this to about 75% of it's full advertised width. Anything over that and it starts to bow in the centre where the two pieces join.Corner sections become a write-off if you install in a corner, because your clothes hit one another. You lose a good 2 feet per corner.Bars have to be staggered as they clamp to the same vertical supports, so that throws the aesthetic off.Nightmare to put together.It's also very easy to catch your skin in the joints or when trying to extend the poles.Does not look as good as the photos on the listing (and I have a 10 x 10ft dressing room dedicated to clothes storage).

One star off because it was really scary to put together at first. When it got too heavy, the rail came crashing down. Would be better if the fixtures are reinforced at bottom to hold the first fixture up so that it can hold up the weight. Design wise... its great! I always loved industrial look so this works for me

I have found these so helpful in my spare room and so easy to put up, they are sturdy and secure, love them.

Product too tall for me to use, didnt for unfortunately. But the quality of it- really good. C0mmunication with the seller also good. Overall happy customer
