I have multiples of these silicon mats. They work a treat at saving my baking sheets and pans from dirt and grim. They are very durable, I've had mine for years and years and they are still holding up perfectly. I haven't had anything stick to them that wasn't easy to remove. Good mats, work well, non-stick and very easy to wash. Ultimately they're very good but they are quite large. I originally ordered these to put on top of baking trays in the oven but they overlap a fair bit and so don't sit flat.I tried it under the grill too and it seemed to create some sort of smoke/steam so while they can handle oven heat, the grill might be a bit too direct and hot for these mats.
