Kookaburra Waterproof Garden Sun Shade Sail Canopy in Sand 98% UV Block (2m Triangle)

Bought one of these some years ago and is still in very good order. I’ve just bought a second to go alongside the first to extend the shaded area on my patio. I put it up and leave it in position all summer. When rain is forecast I slacken one corner off to ensure water can run off freely, otherwise water can accumulate and stretch the sail. I am very happy with this item and would recommend it without hesitation.

I've had this up now for nearly three months in wind, rain and sun.It's excellent. The waterproofing is good, I keep dry under it. It's handled strong winds very well (I did take it down during the recent storm though. More for piece of mind rather than thinking it wouldn't be ok).I'm confident this can be left out all year round and would just need taking down for a clean every now and then.Might buy another for elsewhere on the garden.Update: it's now been up for 4 years. In all weathers. I only take it down in high winds. It's just starting to show signs of wear. Brilliant product.

Bought this nearly a year ago but my husband can’t be rushed into doing things like installing connections on the wall and fixing posts to connect it to so nearly a year later we have used this sail for the first time and was very pleased sitting under it outside our outdoor pub (built during the covid lockdown last year) until the rain got a bit heavier. Not exactly a downpour just a normal rainy evening in Scotland and we are getting badly dripped on. There wasn’t even any pretence of this holding off any water. Also the seams are already starting to go. So all in all will look at spending a fair bit more money for a better quality sail because cost per wear this is not worth it.

Purchased this item to fit inside a sunroom to block sun coming through a clear plastic roof, which was proving too hot in the summer. Product was exactly as I wanted. Good quality, sturdy, good sand colour, good shape (ie. slightly curved sides/not exactly rectangular) but that made it look better. All it needed was 4 x hooks installed and then was quick to put up. The supplied cords meant it was easy to adjust. Overall super happy with this purchase !

I am so pleased with this item. I bought it to cover my hot tub. As I wanted to be able to use the tub even if it was raining. I doubted that it would offer the total rain protection I wanted, wow what a surprise how wrong was I this is perfect, no rain gets through at all and as long as you drop the one corner to the required angle all rain just runs off, perfect. If you have decking with nice furniture on it and want to use it all summer long rain or no rain put one of these up, job done. Well pleased😃😃😃

Used to cover a gazebo and it's very hard to get it tight enough for the water to run off. When rain collects it slowly drips through the fabric but this isn't a big problem. After a week away it was very full & I was worried that the fabric had stretched but it seems to have tightened up again when dry. Wouldn't have bought it at full price.

It kept us all dry.😀 Left it up all night in bad weather and everything was dry in the morning. Highly recommend.

Brilliant bit of kit, does what it says on the box, bit of a pig to tension, so buy the right fittings!!
