They are the best gel pens on the market.
I absolutely love, love, love my papermate inkjoy gels especially the metallic and I’m going to need papermate to roll out all colors with metallic shades with a 10mm tip! Please and Thank you. I teach and server so I am picky with my pens. Inkjoy .8 and 10mm never disappoint!!

Fave pens
Papermate inkjoy is one of my fave pens ever! I love the ink flow. These were no different! I’m always so sad when one of my pens runs out because they’re so expensive to replace the newer colors.

Ink can be gritty but overall good!
InkJoy pens are a treat all around, especially for the price. These metallics can run on the gritty side though and when you get a pen that's more grit than ink you really, really feel it. Out of 6 pens 5 were excellent and one was just OK. The ink color is superb, they feel good in the hand, the ink is mostly smooth when writing more than a few words.. They're *good* pens but a little more smoothness to the ink would make them *great* pens. Yes, I know that's asking a lot with metallics! Overall I am happy with the purchase.

These gel pens are up to par with Papermates regular Ink Joy but add a little extra with the metallic ink!

When I try to write with these, the color is great, but there’s no metallic in the color so I kind of got ripped off on this one and I wouldn’t buy them again.

Can't compare to G2
I wanted to like these since they offer more metallic colors than the Pilot G2 line, but alas, they just don't measure up. The ink is very sparkly, but even brand new they just don't write as smoothly - the black in particular skipped a lot and overall they tended to leave a line down the middle.

Love love love!!!
These are my favorite pens!! The metallic ink is reminiscent of my 90s childhood 🤪 it’s so fun to write with these and I’ve totally started a collection now. Many good memories of the good old gel pen days come flooding back when I use these!

Scratchy and run out of ink quickly
I do like the colors but two of them scratch and skip a lot while writing, possibly due to the glitter content. They also do not last long. I’ve had them for less than a month and three have already run out of ink unfortunately.
