Works well, seems to be good quality
Works as expected, I'm happy with the purchase. The handle could be better - it has a way of chafing on my hands, unlike any other jump ropes I've used. This seems like a small issue, though.

Good rope
The media could not be loaded. I have a lighter one but it flings all over the place. The heavier one is nice because the centrifugal force makes it very stable and consistent in my swing. Good rope

Don't use on rough flooring
I was surprised at how much more of a sweat this works up. Jump rope is already a full body workout, and when I pulled this out of the box at first I expected it to weigh more. Would a slightly heavier rope make THAT much of a difference? The answer is yes actually. Don't underestimate this thing. It works well enough, it's a jump rope, you swing it forward and jump over it, of course. But simplicity aside, I wouldn't recommend using this is your driveway or on a rough concrete floor like in a garage or basement. The construction of the rope causes it to fray with friction where it touches the ground repeatedly. I found this damaged it a bit on the rough pavement outside. Even carpet might be a bit too rough for this. I'm considering getting some large heat shrink cable sleeves to make a protective coating for the midsection of this because of it. This will give you one heck of a workout, but try to stick to smoother flooring only. It's not very durable otherwise.
