Poor quality, impressive customer service
Stitch was detached from the straw cover when it arrived. The glue used to connect the two pieces is not strong enough. They were cute, but returned due to quality.Update. Originally gave this a one star review. Then the customer service reached out, apologized and offered me a gift card to make it right. Very impressed with the lengths they went to make things right, even going above and beyond.
