I am surprised by the effect Akermancia is having on my digestive system. I take the pill before bed, and when I wake up next morning, my stomach feels relaxed and light, like it did a few years ago. I will keep watching and enjoying the feeling.

I’m only about a week in using this product and it has helped curb my hunger between meals substantially! I don’t find myself needing snacks between meals anymore and when I do consume my meals portion control is much easier. For the money I absolutely can’t recommend it enough. For the most part my stomach has been good so I guess they work/. I take with another antibiotic as akkermansia is more to repair the gut lining. As far as weight loss….none. But i do feel like I get fuller faster.

My stomach feels much better. Less bloating and gas.

Too early to tell but I have faith that they will work for what they are intended.
