Marine Collagen Supplement for Skin Health
I’ve been using the Bioglan Collagen Powder with Biotin/vitamin A and C/Selenium for months now, and I think it helps. The 5000mg dose of marine collagen is potent and seems to have made a difference in the elasticity of my skin. It dissolves easily in water and has no overpowering taste. I feel like my skin looks more hydrated and firm, and it’s great for overall skin health. A solid addition to my daily routine.

Good value and easy to use. Mixes well with no lumpiness. A slightly unpleasant taste, but quite bearable.

Really works!
Fairly tasteless and has a very slight fishy odor. I mix it with a little warm water, it dissolves quickly. Both my nails and hair are definitely stronger and grow quicker when I use this Collegen. My nails are very soft and break really easily, but when using this I have medium length nails that are much stronger than usual and I am actually proud of them. I have used the capsule version but don’t get as much of a noticeable difference.

Had an allergic reaction to taking this
I took this for 3 weeks and unfortunately had an awful reaction to it ending up with bad dermatitis on my face. Left it a while and tried taking it again and the same thing happened. Sadly I won't be using it anymore.

Have changed the formula, now doesn’t dissolve!! Pity, won’t buy again.
This used to have a slightly granular consistency and it dissolved well, slightly fishy but it is marine, so only to be expected. I used to be able to dissolve it in cold water with my effervescent multivitamins. When they changed I had to dissolve it warm/hot water and even then it formed lumps that would eventually dissolve if you left it for a few hours and then gave it a good stir. I think it old formula I used for over a year, definitely helped with my lines and wrinkles, not so sure about the new one, but that could be psychological as I was not happy with the changes made. It just became to much of a hassle to drink, so I have changed to another brand that dissolves wonderfully. If they hadn’t made the changes it would have got 5 stars instead of 2. Whoever decided to change something that didn’t need changing (IMO) has done Bioglan no favours.
