Great little accessory! so handy and looks good. Only thing i would mention is the little black connector that goes under your phone cover has got a bit worn (slightly fraying at the where it meets the phone) after a month of consistent use. You do get 2 in the pack though which eases that. Good for the price

Cheap crap
Broke it less than a week. Snapped and my brand new phone just smashed on the floor and all the back cracked and LUCKILY I had tampered glass n that protected my screen overdose my phone would be broke.

Disappointed with durability – metal hook broke quickly
I bought this phone lanyard 4 months ago, and unfortunately, the metal hooks broke within a short period of use. Now I have it temporarily held together with sellotape, which is obviously not a long-term solution. The design with the black leather woven through the gold chain looked nice and felt sturdy at first, but the weak hooks/links really lets it down. Not reliable if you want to keep your phone secure on you when it can be easily snatched due to the very weak links. Would not recommend unless they improve the hardware quality. Update: After seeing my review, they issued me a full refund and even sent me two free lanyards. Outstanding customer service — I would definitely recommend shopping with this company.
