Me and my two kids use these every night! We all use one bead a night getting four nights out of one patch! Definitely a steal!! 100% worth your money. I’m definitely reordering these monthly! I love lavender scents and this is by far better than the room sprays I have. I find myself positioning myself at night just so I can smell this beautiful lavender and camomile scent! Best $10 I’ve ever spent for sleep! It’s better than melatonin for myself.

I really like how easy it is to use these patches. I put one on my son's bed before he goes to sleep and it delivers natural ingredients like magnesium. I've noticed that it helps him sleep and wake up feeling refreshed instead of groggy. I also appreciate that It's non-habit forming. so I dont have to worry.

My daughter and I both have tried these for a few nights. Sticky paper hard to get off . You have the option of how many beads you want to pop. We both just decided to pop them all. Smell is great. We both attached to our collar bone area so as to be able to smell them. First night it stayed on all night. Tried another one next night and it fell off sometime during the night. Finally found it in sheets. They are just ok in my opinion. My daughter didn’t like at all. Called them nonsense, and chose melatonin gummies instead. I wouldn’t want to use on small children but maybe age 10 to 12 it would be ok to try. Won’t be purchasing again.

Does not work. At first I tried just to pop one bubble to see how it goes. Each night I worked my way up until I did all four. My granddaughter still didn't go to sleep until 5 hours later. I tried a different brand before and she would fall asleep within 10 minutes. But they no longer sell that brand. The sticker also comes off while she is sleeping. The scent is fine but definitely not worth the money spent.

They worked pretty well on my grandson and myself didn't take long for us to fall asleep and love the smell not overly powerful will order again
