Spectacular
A definite good buy. The Quality and craftsmanship of these knives is remarkable for this price. Sharp right out of the box. I've been using these for around a week or two and have no complaints. Well balanced. Grip is very comfortable. Company pays attention to the finer details such as handles fit tangs very well, are smooth, and rivets are ground even with handles. Quality of steel is excellent on my set. Want a 9" butcher knife to go along with this set. It will be the Naitesen brand. And the box they come in is also excellent. The material is formed for each specific blade size. I use the box to store them in. Convenient for me. A company that goes the extra mile on it's product. Very happy with this purchase.

Scalpel sharp
This is a stupid to say, but these knives are stupid sharp! Dont ask why i say this, but they are. Only used 1 of 4 but very pleased with its preformance!

Wicked sharp and holds an edge, too.
This turned out to be a much better purchase than I thought it would be. Slice through raw roasts with the breaker knife to create steaks and easily slice through racks of ribs to create individual ribs for serving. This is one incredible bargain on some incredibly sharp knives. My wife and I use them all now, but originally we were only interested in a couple of them. Highly recommend.
