Not a BIS hall mark seal in the coin but I will check the gold testing machine in some private shop it's purity is 91.8 % so it's purity is good

Why there is a black mark on the coin?
This coin is defected,as it has a black mark on it & even the packing of the coin is very loose,which i have never seen on any coin packing.
