Product is fabulous but only drawback is it won't fit in my ears.... Else music quality - awesome ( built-in subwoofer add some good punch... Not that bassyblike noise but punches can be feel) Battery backup - awesome Anc - okok but it should be improved Call clarity - good ( meet the expectations but it could be better too) Overall good product

Even though the nanme sounds sophisticated, the lifespan of the product is lesser than its warranty. Please don't fall for it based on ratings, or battery life or any other features. It has a very shabby build, not ergonomic, the connecting wires to the buds are long and prone to unintended damage, the battery life is really poor, and the sound quality is the worst, complete lack of stereo imaging. Overall description is deceiving and subject to defective product delivery. Please be advised and stay cautious, never but this brand at any cost.

Nice product

Influenced by the AI noise cancellation on calls and the reviews on this product I decided to buy it. Unfortunately, when I received the item, it disappointed me in the most surprising way. Before I describe what did not go well, some things are worth mentioning: 1. The play/ pause button when long pressed; for a few seconds changes the sound mode and there are 2 modes i.e. Game/ Music 2. The only way to turn the device off is by removing the ear buds and making them stick by the magnets. This does not actually turn off the device, instead puts it in standby mode. By which I mean, disconnects it from the phone and you can use your phone now as you would without being connected to BlueTooth I expected: 1. Great music and call experience but on both counts it disappointed me. Other person on the call could hear me but there was latency in when he heard what I said. I could barely hear the person on the other end; on full volume they still sounded like they had a bucket over their head. I tried calling someone else, same experience. 2. Music experience was average, I think all the hype about the drivers is just to entice you into buying the product. 3. You cannot invoke the Voice assistant by pressing the play/ pause button; in a noisy environment you would want to do that because your VA will not be able to hear your command over the ambient sounds. 4. The wires to the ear buds are not adjustable; so when you unplug them from your ears, and stick them to the magnet on them. They will dangle and the length will be an issue because you can imagine the number of times you need to bend to drink water from a tap, pickup something from the floor, get them into a plate when eating etc. Overall, average product did not even like the buttons on the device. The finishing is the only premium but even there I felt like it was a stethoscope on my neck. I would not say don't buy it; but I would say buy it at your own risk!

Nice and Clear Sound... Easy to connect and compatible. Till the time no problem observed.
