Good for autism
It's not super sticky, would recommend washing hands after cus it does leave a little residue but it's not sticky, I think it's a great choice for autism stimming because the different resistances are great for being able to work out what you like and you can stim with each in a different way

very good to do exercise to recover fingers but the colours are not as described. for me green is more soft than pink.

Helping strengthen my hands
I brought it for my husband as he is having problems with his hands, he hasn't used it as recommended by his physio, but I start to use it, I like it, hopefully it will strengthen my hands. I'm very happy with it Thank You

Exceptionally good for wrist/hand/arm rehabilitation and strength building
Was in 2 minds whether I would need this putty set or rather get a single tub.As usual there are many to choose from and eventually I settled on this set as it was cheaper. Had broken my arm (radius near the wrist) and after the plaster came off I started looking into rehab exercises at home. I had used soft kitchen sponges which helped a lot. However after 2-3 weeks it was time to advance.This Hand putty is amazing and is giving me slowly, day-by-day, my strength and mobility back. Started with yellow and moved now onto pink putty 2 weeks later...still alternating. The putty softens a bit once warmed by the hand. I am enjoying the use of it ...sitting in front of the TV or when having a tea break... so much so that I need to watch not overdoing it. Find it quite therapeutic and can imagine using it long-term for fun and keeping up the strength in my hands.Time will tell if I need the other 2 colours.(female age 59).
