Best Patak's curry paste but very hard to find in supermarkets

Very useful base ingredient
I use this in a slow cooker to make butter chicken (the recipe is on the Slow Cooker Gourmet website, very easy and consistently good). Nice layers of flavour.

This is nothing to do with the supplier as their service was perfect.
Very well packaged and quick delivery.Only thing is i think Pataks have changed the recipe on all their pastes by the look of them.They are smoother and more watery BIG BIG mistake.This is nothing to do with the supplier as their service was perfect.

Unusable
Unfortunately when the paste arrived the top was open and some of the sauce had leaked into the packaging. I had to throw it away due to the risk of contamination.
