Got this for my daughter but I might keep it myself.It came in a box wrapped up. The outer material is really really soft to touch, the pillow itself is well made. Putting my head down, I know it’s there unlike some cheaper neck pillows.The hood is amazing. Slip that on and I feel so much better for some reason.Love this so much

Came in a box and wrapped up. Really nice, soft material that will feel lovely against your kid's neck and face. The pillow itself is kid sized, so don't expect the press-stud to fasten around an adult's neck too comfortably, but the hood itself is big and roomy and gives a really cozy feel when you've pulled it up. There's also a zipper so you can remove the filling and wash the cover. Honestly, I think this pillow is great; any Stitch-loving child (or young teen) is gonna LOVE it. And it's not even super expensive imo. Good price. 5 stars!

It has also been finished to a high standard, with the cute character providing a fun and recognisable face.I would definitely say that the pillow is handy for travel; the comfort level is good, and the filling has excellent rebound - no need to worry about it going flat.In summary, a good value item that would make a lovely gift.
