RMR Brands RMR-86 Instant Mold and Mildew Stain Remover Spray - Scrub Free Formula, 2 Pack - 32 oz

THIS STUFF WORKS! VERY STRONG FUMES! ***Be prepared with proper personal protection***. I used a respirator mask from Harbor Freight, gloves and safety glasses. Removed the mold/mildew from my smaller bathroom shower ceiling completely with zero scrubbing. Sprayed, let sit for about 15-20 minutes. Returned and stains were GONE. Do it at a time that you can open the windows to air out your house and no one is home for a couple hours, even the dog, lol Yeah, it's that strong a smell. It's been several months and the stains have not returned. Barely used 25% of the bottle.

I love this remover so much, im back 6 months later to write an update review. I live in a humid area where mold and mildew grow all over my shed doors and outside decorative window shutters. I purchased this in September and as soon as I used it, I stood and watched the green go away and everything instantly turn white. Its now March, and theyre still a beautiful bright, white with no buildup on them. This is a product I've been recommending to EVERYONE and now make a required item in my garage.

This is the only product that removed ALL mold from my boat seats EVER! No scrubbing! Detail operations, said the mold was on the backside of the vinyl and could not be removed. I literally sprayed it on and din't wait 15 min...it wiped right off. I bought it for my 5th wheel shower rebuild. Water had been leaking and mold was in the walls when I tore it apart. The mold was gone and all wood looked original after I just sprayed it. I must admit it took 3 different applications (My impatience), but the mold was gone.

Works really well! Spray on let sit and mold is gone! I live on the coast in a cinder block home, when the humidity is above 90 the walls can sweat and in the bathroom even with the vent on when its cold out, the walls sweat and it creates mold. I used a bleach solution a few times but hated the bleach smell. Tried this and it doesn't have a strong odor, just spray it on wait an hour and I wipe it with a damp towel. Stays clean for months.

I live very near the ocean with lots of humidity. Get black mold on outdoor furniture and outdoor siding. This stuff gets rid of it easily. Just spay on and I rinsed with hose 10 minutes later. It does have a strong bleach type smell. But works very well. No scrubbing needed. Works better than 30 second cleaner.
