I've been suffering neck pain lately. These past few days were especially bad. So, bad that I had to leave work early. I wasn't sleeping well either. These past few nights, according to watch that is, I slept for 4 hours. I tried practically everything; applied heat (which helped alittle), ibuprofen (it took the edge off), and pain patches (which were the most effective). Everything I tried either took the edge off or helped alittle but it didn't really do anything to relieve the pain completely. I saw this pillow and how highly rated it was. Admittedly, I had my doubts because something similar to this and I didn't sleep a wink. However, my neck was hurting to the point where even laying in bed was so painful that it took my breath away (dramatic, yes, but that's the only way I can describe it). I had two choices; either go to the doctor (which I really didn't want to do) or see if this pillow will do anything for me. For $35, I was willing to try it. I will admit it's smaller than I thought it was going to be. It's not insanely small, though. It took maybe an hour or two to fluff up and take shape. I was slightly concern that it was only slightly firm. As someone who sleeps on their side, I like my pillows to be pretty firm. However, when I was relaxing on the couch and resting my head against it, I was surprised how well my head and neck were cushioned. In fact, it actually relieve some neck pain. However, the real test will I wake up the next day feeling better or worse. Before I falling asleep, I lay down on the bed, with just the cervical pillow and nothing else. I don't know how long I lay there because next thing I know, I wake up and it was about 4 in the morning with my lights still on. Even at 4 am, I felt rested and my neck wasn't hurting at all. In fact, I was able to sit up with no pain when I got up to turn off the lights. After that, I fell right back to sleep. According to my watch, I slept for 9 hours and my neck isn't hurting at all. It's still hurts slightly when I turn my neck, but this is the most pain free I felt since Tuesday of this past week. I could cry honestly, I feel so good. Heck, I feel more rested than I have in a long time. I knew my pillows weren't the best, but I didn't think that they were that bad. Overall, I'm very satisfied of this purchase. You suffered with neck pain or you just want a pillow with better support, I highly suggest getting this pillow.

OK, so I'm a back and side sleeper and I was after a new pillow because the previous ones were getting well, old, dirty and far too uncomfortable.So, I decided to try this one! I am super impressed with the construction and materials used because it has tremendous support for all 3 major sleep styles (back sleepers, side sleepers and stomach sleepers alike).The material in the middle (that is white in the pictures) is very comfortable and sleeps rather cool, which was made great first night's sleep. I like the style and the look and feel of the pillow itself, it looks great with my white sheets and comforter.When I sleep on my back, the raised sides give me plenty of support so that I can naturally lay my head to the left or right and feel like I'm not going to get a neck cramp as with the cheaper pillows from the other shops.But, best of all - I absolutely LOVE this pillow when I sleep on my side. The "handles" on the left and the right are a super comfortable and spacious place to put your hands and the support on the left and the right is really comfortable but also has the perfect level of support. I've actually never slept this good on my side!So, to summarize, I sleep on my back and side, both of which this pillow does REALLY WELL, but I have this feeling that it would also do great for stomach sleepers given the handles on the side, the comfort of the material in the middle and also the support of the sides as well. I've got ranges of pillows from that T*******c brand and I find this far more comfortable and at a fraction of the cost!I would highly recommend trying this pillow! I believe you will be pleasantly surprised!

This pillow is great if you are a stomach sleeper, we tried it with a sleeper that sleeps on his back and it wasn’t very good support on your neck but if your stomach sleeper, it gives you a lot of support. It’s got you a spot for your arm on both sides of the pillow, which is really comfortable. I like that it keeps you cool at night I like that you can unzip it and change around the head part to where it needs to be for you to be comfortable the pillowcase would be easy to clean. You can unzip it and put it back together easily would highly recommend

I think this will work for others however it didn’t work for me. It does have the option to remove part of it to make it softer. So all in all it’s a good cervical pillow.

I didn't realize the title said for side sleepers. I'm a back sleeper, but I've been having chronic neck/shoulder pain on one side. I chose this pillow because it offers adjustability in the height. I was concerned, since I am petite, that a 'standard' pillow might be too high. The description said it works for all types of sleeping positions.After a couple of nights, my neck pain is substantially relieved! I find the pillow supportive, though very dense and heavy. I had bought a different one for my husband and it's lighter, and he likes it. I like this, though curious about others. It's not cushy cozy, if you know what I mean. But it does work - and I'm a back sleeper.I also like it when I turn to my side. I still feel the appropriate support and no longer have to put my arm beneath the pillow to make that adjustment.
