Works as it should. Very easy to install. Clean stainless design and easy filter cleaning. Installed it without a duct still works good.

Needed something to replace my Over the range microwave as it had broken. Did not want to spend the money on another as I was never impressed with its ventilation fan + don't use the microwave much. I needed something that would mount under the cabinet and also would recirculate inside. There isn't any piping installed for outside venting (yet). Chose this Firegas hood model because it checks all the boxes. It filters the smoke and cooking fumes from cooking very well especially since I have it setup for inside recirculation. The LED lights are much brighter than I expected which I love. It comes with different ventilation attachments for various installation types. The activated carbon filter included is a nice bonus. Comes pre-wired for a 110 outlet. 300cfm is enough for my needs. The stainless looks sharp however be mindful to clean fingerprints and grease often. The fan is on the noisier side. Especially on speed 3/the highest mode but you'll never really need it as the suction is more than sufficient for ventilation on speeds 1 and 2. The only complaints I have are that the included instruction manual are a bit vague and the protective film tape was hard to peel off. Take your time and peel it off slowly and you'll be fine. It's been roughly over a month and so far, so good!

Looks and works great. Light is much better than old standard hoods.

I like this range hood very much. The lighting is much better. It replaced an old microwave and fit right in the slot.

Love the look, great lighting, I have just had the light professionally installed and he does great work. However when he came I was not able to be home. I was excited to get home and see the light as it was much needed. There are 9 lights on the fixture and every one of them are crooked. Ugh!

Brought this to replace a old unit. This unit is not a true 36" it will leave a small 3/8 gap on each side underneath a 36 " cabinet. The 6" rear discharge is smaller than the existing 10"( more typical) vent. Other than not matching up to the old mounting holes, it was easy to install,look good, quite. Lights are bright. If it's holds up I'm very pleased.

Works well, it's a full change from the standard "appartment-type" we had here. Noise level not so loud, seems to filter well the grease, and the two spotlights are just right.

Took a bit to install it but we are very happy with it. It's quieter than the old one it replaced.
