I like the convenience of the individual packs. I can pack a few in my gym bag or purse. They dissolve pretty easy and fast with no bad taste. I usually mix them with my BCAA’s before the gym. I feel confident that this will make a difference with my hair and nails. I’ll have to come back to review in a few months.

These are the best! I love that they come in single serve packets so you can take them with you. I’ve noticed my skin is softer using this. When mixed with water there is no taste and the water is slightly off colored but not much. It mixes well too, would buy this again.

I love this collagen because it comes in individually dosed packets. It’s perfect for travel and on the go. Packets are easy to open and dissolved fully in my coffee. I didn’t notice any taste or smell. I’ve had other collagens that look like they’re curdling in my coffee if you don’t drink it fast. I’ll be sure to reorder for travel. It’s too soon to tell how its effect will be on my hair and nails.
