Great product really helps to make my tummy feel good

I don't have cramps, bloating, or constipation. Since I stopped taking fiber, I may have become more regular than before 😂. After eating for a week, I made myself a steak with asparagus and potatoes for dinner. Absolutely no problem! Since then, in addition to my regular three meals, I have also eaten some other things and everything has been great! After eating other foods, I will no longer stay up late due to stomach problems.
