S SUPERIOR HEALTH Pterostilbene 150 mg Per Serving, 180 Capsules, 3 Month Supply

Don’t be fooled by the “150 mg per serving” bait and switch label: these are 75 mg capsules. despite that, still a cost effective alternative to other companies products. I have only been taking it for 2 weeks, but seems just as effective at 1/2 the cost.

Apparently, a possible side effect of this , due to increased blood flow to the brain, is small/slight headaches. So I was starting to take this daily, not anymore. Now maybe 3x a week, plus a resveratrol. Dunno if its actually having any other effects.

My wife and I have tried a variety of this supplement from various manufactures and this one is a good product and has had a curative effect on her joint pain.

I take it because pterostilbene has similar effects to resveratrol. I feel more zip in my step and feel that my skin seems brighter when I take it.

Pterostilbene has been found to raise LDL levels. Some NR suppliers who add it to their supplements are no longer including it. On a personal note, have been on Lipitor for several years with a very steady LDL level. After two months of using Pterostilbene, LDL is up and my doctor wants to increase Lipitor dosage. Check for yourself.

Seems like a very good product so far. And at a fair price.
