Great product, perfect fit.

Have used them to ventilate a garbage pail where we put vegetation clippings. Not perfect but helps.

Front porch pillars were sanded and painted and could not source these vent covers anywhere locally. These were fairly priced and shipped quickly. Exactly as stated and the nice feature is screen behind vent louver to keep ants, wasps, bees and the like from entering to create hives which we previously had a problem with. Installed quickly and fit perfectly in all 24 louver vents.

I have metal vents of the same size, some fell out and got lost. This plastic version works just as well. Used a little out-door wood glue and saw-dust to make a nice snug fit.

I purchased these vents to be used in the moisture quilt I built for my honey bee hives. I drilled 3 1” holes on two opposite sides of the box and they fit perfectly. They allow moisture to vent from the hives and prevent other insects from being able to enter. I will be using these for all future moisture quilts I build.

Easy to install - just drill a 1" hole, wipe a little caulk around it (optional) and push it in. This should help prevent the dry rot we'd experienced in the past with our 80-year-old wooden pillars!
