Covered well.
The adhesive is very strong. I used it to repair a tear in a boat cover a few weeks ago. Not enough time has passed for me to judge accurately how waterproof it will be, although the tape looked quite sturdy. The product is fairly easy to use, but be careful handling it after removing the covering on the adhesive. I have not tried to remove it, so I can't answer questions about that. The adhesive, however, is extremely sticky, and I would be very careful to avoid creasing the material. My roll was 5 feet long, and that goes less far than one might think. (I put one strip on the top of the cover and another underneath it. Make sure you get enough.

Fixed leak on an above ground pool
Assembled a pool and later found out we had a leak after already filling it halfway with water. I ordered this tape and slapped a piece on the outside where the leak was. It still had a slight leak so I added another piece under the water. To my surprise, it actually stuck and completely stopped the leak! It's held up for the past few weeks and I still have plenty of tape for any other leaks or projects.

grat for low pressure leak repair
excellent product to repair an irregular shaped leak. Very good adhesive. Flexible and stretches to fit. Wide enough get good coverage and overlap. Downside: will not handle significant water pressure (forget sealing a water pipe or hose!) - but fro drains and light ingress - its great. IMO better than similar flex seal

Use it for everything
My husband uses this for everything. It's what duct tape wanted to be. It's a great quality, bang for your buck, waterproof, sticky, not coming off for nothing kind of tape.

Not worth it
Product says it is waterproof also shows being able to tape part underwater...truth is that isn't how it works. Once water touches the sticky side it is pretty useless. We even drained the pool to put it on dry but the water was able to leak through it. With that where the water leaked it became very easy to remove. As long as there is no water involved it is great and even weatherproof. Wouldnt recommend if fixing something that will be in and around water a lot cause it won't work.

Sticks poorly to wet surfaces
The tape is very strong, adhesive is sticky enough for dry applications, but when I tried using it on my pool liner it barely stuck. I've pressed down hard on the tape attempting to get it to seal, but failed the first attempt. Second Attempt I used larger pieces and pressed hard with my palm being careful to not shift the tape sideways which causes the adhesive to fail. It sticks okay enough, I suggest applying the tape when the surface is dry to save yourself the hassle.
