It didn't do what I hoped for. The pieces were not adjustable as I thought they would be a total waste of money. You need to wear socks when using them and my feet still hurted.

I wear size 9.5-10 (US mens) and they fit inside my shoe for the most part except for the very tip of the toe doesn’t reach all the way no big deal tho. I really would only use the bottom layer, because when you add too many layers it looks ridiculous. You have to be careful that your heel doesn’t slip out of your shoe if you have too many layers.

Bought these just to see how they were. These were uncomfortable. Sure, they added height, but I am confident in my height, so they had no purpose for me other than if I wanted my feet to hurt on purpose.

I had to put 5 Stars because Amazon hides the bad reviews all the way down. I had this for a little over a month and they're breaking apart I bought ones similar that used for over a year and never had a problem with them. I was changing this ones to other shoes and they just came apart and since it's been over a month the return window is closed now I'm stuck with them

These are too narrow to fully fit my shoes and I wear size 10. I can feel the edge of the insert on every step I take. The surface of the toe box also feels hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise these do give you height and the heel doesn’t squish or give, but I will be looking for something else
