As a huge dark chocolate fan, I love the rich taste and deepness of this chocolate. As far as efficacy, I haven't noticed significant changes. I've been having a distaste for coffee lately, so I turned to this hoping it was a decent alternative. These are easy to consume. It helps a little for energy but not so much for focus. I've tried about 5 forms of energy/focus products in the past 3 months, and I'd consider this product second to last overall.
