Not Bad nice and comfortable. BUT.....
But I ordered a small/medium. This thing is huge. I have it pulled all the way to its maximum tightest setting and it is not quite as tight and pulling back as needed. this could easily fit a man over 200 pounds or a 80 inch chest. I am 93 cm ( I know because i had a suit made recently) and its on the smallest setting and not tight. the extra padding is simply two roll and velcro squarish pads and they dont get tight around the thin straps. But it is comfortable and I paid $5.95 so well worth it.I wont return it because of price just modify it but petite or smaller ladies might want to look at another one or option. (Last picture is adjusted to about 50%) I could fit my waist in there.

Need something like this....
Due to the type of work that I do, I was in need of an item such as this. I have tried several different brands. This fits and works the best out of the ones that I have tried. I don't wear it more than an hour or so at a time, but I think I could if I wanted to without issues. An occasional reminder to sit up straight is just what I needed! TIP: Adjust it to where you need it and leave the velcro alone. When ready to put on / take off, put arms up and put on/off as if you were changing a shirt. You don't have to keep adjusting it every time! Work for me!

Huge Size for a Small
I bought this back support because it indicated the size was specifically for smaller people, including teens and women. I'm 5'2 and less than 115lbs and this thing is enormous on me. The sticky side of the velcro isn't long enough to hold the straps in place where I would need them to meet up. There's plenty of the soft side of the velcro. So adjusting the straps with the allotted amount of velcro doesn't do much to help with the fit. I ended up pulling the straps all the way out, doubling them over, and then twisting them around the vertical back piece--and there's still strap left over. I'm sure this is fine for people who are larger in size. And, of course, the price (less than $6.00) made it a no-brainer, as I'm having painful back issues that could benefit from limited use of a support brace. But I'm glad I didn't buy a more expensive version, as sizing seems to be an ongoing issue with support products of this type.

Good cheap intro into posture correction
For the price point, this item is effective. I bought it as a trial to see if it’s be worthwhile to purchase one of the higher quality, more expensive models. I have a slight kyphosis and I am happy with the results. There is fraying as some have mentioned, and the straps tend to fold over. I’m a big guy (6’4,” 300#) and the straps gave me more than enough room at the shoulders. I wouldn’t buy these looking for a long term solution, but they do work.

It seems to work
I like that it does help with keep my shoulders back and me sitting straight but getting it on can be a challenge. I guess I need more practice. So far no problem with arms hurting but I do not wear it over 30 minutes. I will try for longer so I can get in a happen of sitting up straight.

Inaccurate size description! Beware before you buy!
Does not fit. Way too large. Very bulky. Wish I could return and get my money back. Might fit taller people. I am 5’2”. UPDATE: received a refund. Excellent customer service. Product was mislabeled when I purchased. This is indeed an XL.

Good for recovering from injury
It works well. I have a shoulder issue and this keeps it in the proper position. Can be difficult to adjust but you figure it out after a while. I wish the instructions offered more guidance on proper positioning on the torso, etc.

Might thread apart.
The back strap is fairly decent. My only issue with it is that it keeps on threading apart. I find my self searing the threads with a lighter in hopes that the strap won’t come apart.
