As soon as I opened this, I loved the amazing smell of this.. very pleasant.. then I applied this on back.. felt an immediate tingling and period pain just went away!! I applied on tummy also and it definitely helped with cramps.. very soothing and good.. i applied on wrists at night as I have trouble falling asleep during periods.. helped me to sleep also! Highly recommended!!
