Cannot recommend enough.
I'm about to write a long review coz I feel if I share my experience with hair loss it may help other women in my position.....I lost some hair due to Menopause, and anemia..a few large clumps fell out in the shower which was really upsetting to me since I've had waist length hair for over 25 years. After losing a few large clumps of hair my long hair was straggly so I had to have it cut to my shoulders. I asked a hairdresser friend what shampoo etc I should buy and she recommended the Nioxin range. After the first wash I stopped shedding hair (IKR it's quite unbelievable!) and after 3 weeks the bald areas had begun to grow in. It doesn't say on the packaging but my hairdresser told me to use it every day to keep the hair follicles clean and open in order to encourage new growth. I had been shedding more hair than usual for a few years before the clumps came out so, I'm pleasantly surprised to find that hair is actually growing ALL over my head. I haven't used the 3rd step mouse treatment (because it left my hair looking dirty although i will try it again and only use on the areas where the clumps fell out) so I opted for regain for women instead. The hair had started to grow back in even before I started using the regain so, in all honestly, if you're using this you won't actually HAVE to use the regain. I simply decided to use it as well since my long hair has always been my pride and joy. But, if I use the regain every single day it irritates my scalp so I only use it once a week (the instructions say to use everyday so I don't even know if the regain helps at all but, way I see it it won't be doing any harm either although you DO have to be careful what you use alongside it so dont use any other leave in products or hairspray on the days that u use the regaine) , and the rest of the time I use 12 drops of pure Rosemary oil- always buy from a reputable supplier such as Holland&Barret or Naturallythinking.com OR Tisserand.com. Oils bought almost everywhere else are adulterated and may do more harm than good. NEVER buy essential oil from Amazon or Ebay)So, I use 12 drops of Rosemary oil in a small bottle of pure argan oil (where u can pick up from most pharmacies, it's cheap and in a small brown bottle..... only add 12 drops (I'm an aromatherapist so trust me on this) as a serum to smooth my hair and it also works as a kind of leave in conditioner, just a few drops rubbed between your palms before application, making sure to rub into the scalp is all that needed, anymore and you'll end up looking like an oil slick..And PLEASE dont use any mineral oils such as baby oil as that will block the hair follocles and STOP new hair from growing. If you dont want to or cant use Argan then use Almond oil. If you have a nut allergy then use grapeseed or jojoba oil which, again, you will find on Naturallythinking.com and it isnt exoensive.. Rosemary oil is scientifically proven to accelerate hair growth and Argan oil is proven to strengthen and smooth hair. I also take a good Biotin supplement, selenium, 50mg of zinc PLUS centrum multivitamins for woman. (Im not 50 yet but im thinking of buying the centrum multivitamins for women over 50 since i have hit menopause). Collagen supplements DO NOT DO ANYTHING. The shampoo is slightly minty and the Conditioner is VERY minty. Apparently this helps your scalp to breath therefore encouraging your hair to remain in the Anogen (growing) phase.I bought the small size set in order to try it out without spending a lot more money on the bigger sizes. I'm actually on Amazon this afternoon to order the larger sizes. For the moment I'm not dying my greys because I feel my hair is probably still too fragile but, lucky its hat and scarfs weather and when I go for a night out I have a single clip in hair topper to clip on the top and hide the greys. You can also use these shampoos simply to thicken fine hair but, if like me, you have actually been losing hair due to hormones or anemia, then please be gentle with your hair and don't use any heat AT ALL or hair dyes. I never bought a hair topper made from real hair but if you have the money a real hair topper can be heat styled, I bought a synthetic one but I managed to match the colour perfectly and will be able to use until my hair is strong again and am able to dye it.So I highly recommend the Nioxin shampoos and conditioners and, if in doubt the starter/tester kit only costs £20 and lasts for a month and it takes exactly 28 days to start seeing a difference.althought Nioxin.claim.it will take a few mote months to notice a difference so, perhaps, for some people it will take longer than 28 days (which is the tine it takes for skin cells to renew themself).I also recommend speaking to your GP about hair loss as it may be due to anemia and hormones but, almost may be a sign of kidney disease.Good Luck

No English instructions included, where’s the UK leaflet?
4 stars given 1 reduced no guidancePro’s - well packaged, generous bottles, prompt delivery, generous sizes, more cost effective to purchase full size than the trial size.Cons - no English guidance, no quantity, no frequency of usagePlease if anybody could post a review and include quantity of shampoo and conditioner, along with frequency of use I would be most thankful, as I’m keen to discover if the product has any efficacy. The foam bottle step three how much do I need to apply? And when? Many thanksJust a tip for the supplierPlease provide English instructions you can see UK customers are purchasing why not include British language, they have every single European language apart from UK 🇬🇧Impressed, but not if that makes sense. In the meantime I will be using my Opatra Lux Brush Red Light Massaging Therapy brush, if you can afford or someone else could club together, the results are impressive…Please please don’t purchase the cheaper version as the red light and blue led strengths vary, also the massaging function varies, which maybe, maybe cause further damage.People will tell you they’re the same, no they are not, poles apart.Good luck everyone let’s hope achieve the results we pin our hopes on 🤞🏻 xx

Fantastic kit
Best shampoo I’ve used for fine limp hair which was starting to thin post surgery. The shampoo left my hair feeling really clean and the conditioner doesn’t leave my hair feeling heavy and clogged. I haven’t used conditioner for many many years but decided to try this one as it’s part of the process.Post surgery my hair began to fall out rapidly and I was beginning to see my scalp along the hairline. This set made the hair I had feel fuller and thicker especially using the mouse when blow drying. I thoroughly recommend if you’re having issues with loosing your hair

Ok
Not sure how effective this system is as haven’t noticed any improvements, that said you could argue that by not using it my hair would have got thinner!!

Surprised how quickly it works
I ordered this because I felt my hair was thinning around my hairline, not sure what was causing it (unlikely age because I'm mid 20s female)... I had been using the shampoo for light thinning so I figured I would give it a try and I am really surprised at how quickly it works! I use it at night around my hairline and massage it in, then in the morning I wash my hair as normal. My baby hairs already feel like they are filling out more. I am not sure about any new growth, but I am excited to hopefully see more progress. I have been using for around 2 weeks.

Magic stuff.
So, am menopausal, have fine hair too, and a thyroid that plays up, and so my hair is finer than it used to be. I ordered the stage 3 hair and scalp treat because not only is it to treat the areas you need to treat, but it adds volume to the hair that you do have . Volume ? I'd say. It's the only thing I've ever tried that says it adds volume and actually delivers ! Seriously, you want volume to find and it thinning hair ? But this stuff, it's absolutely amazing. I saw on another review here, that there's no instructions as to how much of it to use and when. As for how much, I think I used too much, chad trouble getting the brush through it as I dried it. So, I'd say about a small ping pong ball amount, more if you've long hair.as for his often ? For the benefits of the treatment bit , I don't know, for the thickening effect it has on hair you have, as often as you would want to. Seriously, I'm so impressed, I've bought another bottle. If you're sick and tired of fine or thin hair, and want to give your hair, and your confidence a boast, use this stuff.
