Roughly 2hours to set up (with a 4year old running around and helping/ using up time). Adds lots of extra storage.I have customised the layout my doing a 3 and a 5 shelf arrangement so I can fit a large box on a shelf.Easy to put up as easy to bind the units together. Strong and stable construction.Tip: put up one by following the video and anyone with a base knowledge of DIY should be able to put up the last 3 together which makes it quicker

This is my 2nd set of shelves from this company, which is an indication on how pleased I am with these. I built these solo, and while not 'easy' certainly not hard. The first one will take you a little longer, but once you get the swing of it, putting these together does become easier ! A rubber mallet does help, but not essential, I did use a lump of wood at times to knock the shelf supports in. There is a video which is worth a watch if you are new to these types of shelves.I was overly cautious with the MDF shelves, as I did have problems with other MDF in a tin shed in the past. So giving them a couple of coats of paint will eliminate any potential issues, and makes them look much better.These come with easy to use clips to hold adjacent units together, but there are also holes in the uprights that allow you to bolt them together. Just make sure your uprights all go in the same way. (holes to the top or holes to the bottom). The holes should also allow you to fix the unit to the wall, which is not 100% necessary - but is 100% recommended.

I was doubtful at first as I did not like the idea of the uprights being in two pieces but thought I'd they are not strong enough I could put them in the greenhouse as half height units.When they arrived (the day after I ordered them - impressed) I was even more doubtful but made a cup of tea and started to put them together.Assembly was very easy, a one man job with the only tools you need being a rubber mallet and a screwdriver to fold over some of the tabs, and the unit was surprising strong without needing to fix it to the wall. Link two or more units together (the parts come in the box - impressed again) and they are even more rigid.Each shelf can take a decent load with no sign of strain so I'm a happy man, just wish I had ordered them months ago.

During the lock down, my husband decided to convert a room in the house into a home office. He needed added storage so decided to invest in shelving, because some of what he uses is quite heavy. He ordered this product half heartedly if I am perfectly honest. He said he was not sure if this item would be strong enough, but had done the research and did feel it would be ok. When it arrived he was delighted! It was easy to assemble, but he needEd to set some time in the day to assemble it. Once he had done the first set of shelves, he realized just how sturdy it was. He build the shelves, and was absolutely delighted with the results. Excellent product, and a very good price point.

The shelving is very easy to build once you look at the instructions or youtube video and is very sturdy.it took about ten minutes per self to erect. It does not come with a rubber mallet but I just used a piece of cardboard and a normal hammer, a light tap and all was fine. I'm well impressed with the after sales service. Shelving was missing a piece but a quick email and it was sorted with no quibble and delivered within 48hrs. Excellent.Its rare I say this but I recommend this company / Shelves and have already passed on details to my neighbour who wants a set.

We brought this just this week and its brilliant, we had very limited storage in our garage with normal house shelfs (we didnt do this) so we had stuff everywhere and u couldnt walk anywhere without there being something on the floor. so we saw these and liked most reviews so we went for it and we are over the moon, its super easy to build, me and my partner did 2 together and i did 2 myself on my own with no issues, we decided to have 3 full units and we did one into 2 parts so we had a work bench for my partner. we used plastic boxes to store things eg, box with tools, box with cleaning things, box with decorating items and so on and used 2 units up, lawn mower fitted under the work bench half and the other 1 1/2 i now use for bulk items like bottles of juice, potatoes and food items, never seen our garage looking so tidy and nothing on the floor now :) was delivered super quick also. ordered on a tue night, was dispatched the wed and arrived b4 lunch on the Thursday

Following a recent move, and with more outdoor space to accommodate the 'stuff' accumulated over the previous too many to mention, years, I came upon this supplier on Amazon and initially bought 2 x 4 bays @ £99 but quickly realised that this would not be adequate and ordered another 4 bay plus 2 x the larger units. My wife and I are very happy with both purchases. These are all now assembled and look well in addition to holding all the 'stuff'. A few minor bits were missing from the orders but, when notified, were sent out immediately by Lucy or Darren. Well pleased

I’ve bought two packs of these shelves for my garage and overall think they are great value and would recommend.Assembly:Generally straight forward to assemble and o lay requires 2 hand tools - rubber mallet/hammer and a flat head screwdriver. In most cases the tabs go through to the correct position first time but in some cases the tabs end up sticking out the back. This is when the screwdriver is needed to adjust the slots ever so slightly to make the tabs go the right way. In general assembly is straight forward for anyone with furniture assembly experience.Sturdiness:I’ve had no issues at all in storing all sorts of typical garage items on these shelves. Tool kits, large paint cans, household items, etc. If you plan to store very heavy items (20kg+) then I’d be a little cautious. One or two items is probably fine but wouldn’t store numerous very heavy items on these as the shelf material isn’t overly thick nor is it screwed on or held to the unit - just sits on top of the side of the frame.
