Get this to make your camera better to hold and protect the base.
Perfect fit and accessibility to sd card and battery. Makes camera easier to operate and safer to hold. The arca mound base is a nice bonus.

The only downside to this package is that it doesn’t include the thumb grip and you have to buy it separately with the hot shoe cover that’s already included in this for extra $17. The L-shape grip is great.
