Well written, great information on trusts and how to use one.

All of Mr. Robinson’s books are great

The book contains a lot of good info on trusts and includes several legal citings and a sample trust you could just type up and go. It also includes some rants at the end and references several other works online and appears to be one of a series of books on various legal issues.The downside is that it does not contain much on how to operate your trust. Looking online on various videos on the same subject, I have heard trust experts say that the trustee contract in the trust needs to be at least 45 pages to be complete and solid. The sample trust contract is only 8 pages long.It is frustrating as everyone has their own take on how to do this and things range from vague descriptions of how "simple" it is to set up your own trust to 6 month long courses on law and potential issues. Many just want you to pay thousands of $s for a trust instrument but won't train you to operate it correctly - and that is just as important as the trust document itself.Alas, this book is a helpful introduction with good stuff but not sufficient to use alone to create a save and working trust.

This book reads easily, but didn't give remedy, just compilations of other book citing & court cases. There's a great example of writing ones trust, but the rest of the book I could've gotten for under $10.00. Though i agree with some of bashing Pres. Obama at the end of the book, I think blaming & bashing other presidents before him would have been appropriate.

If you're into obtaining real assets & learning how to protect them, then get this book. It breaks down why it is important to set up trusts & how to properly do it. Everyone must investigate this ancient technology in order to be successful in today's world. The science is self-evident.

Find out how the special people protect their assets. The end of the book is more relevant to America than the UK.
