I take it in the morning at least one hour before breakfast, just one a day.My skin is more hydrated.The only adverse side I observed is that I do not feel to eat breakfast. I can stay all morning without eating. And that is not right, so I have my coffee and my breakfast anyway. Maybe I can tray to take in the late afternoon and just have a very light evening meal.

Read-up quite a bit about the benefits of taking a reservatol supplement, so was willing to spend on the better recognized manufacturer. Don't forget this is a morning supplement to be taken 30 mins before food

I have ordered Biotivia Transmax Resveratrol before and it came it different bottle and also the capsules were green. I once tried tasting the powder inside the capsule and it was vile. I was very happy with the effects it had on my body.The new ones (ordered 17/07/2015) are white capsules and inside is a tasteless white powder. I have taken few capsules and I felt nothing. I will keep taking them and see if there is any effect (and update my review) however it leads me to believe that this new Biotivia Transmax is totally different product and not as potent as the old version.

It's hard for a member of the public to work just how good a product like this is compared to the High Street Health Store version I had been using. But although it is more expensive, the Transmax version smacks of quality and I'll be buying it again. If you don't look after your body, where will you live?

I am taking resveratol from Biotivia since a couple years ago and noticed I feel much more better and have found no other reason but taking the pills transmax, great purchase

Although I have not yet felt any obvious benefit from Resveratrol I will continue taking them as the long term health and anti-ageing benefits seem worth paying for.
