It shares real-life experiences of how WISDOM Coaching can transform the lives of children.As a WISDOM Coach myself, I can attest to the validity of and the power of Life Coaching for kids. I have coached many children and experienced first-hand the power of using stories to teach mindset skills to kids, teens and some adults.I am also a Certified ADHD Life Coach and have used the WISDOM System to help children and young people re-integrate into their friendship groups after the pandemic. A couple of students were Autistic and had forgotten how to behave socially and maintain their friendships. I love chapter 5 in the book, which gives you five things to look out for when hiring a coach. This is so important to consider when looking for a coach for your child.I recommend this book to parents who want to empower their children with life skills that will support them in navigating life’s twists and turns. If your child struggles with their self-esteem, lacks self-confidence or struggles with friendships, a Life Coach would make a great addition to your family team.
